Parking and Camping:
DAY STAY & SPECTATOR PARKING: please do not arrive before 7.00am
Day stay & spectator parking will all be signed and it will be in the paddock above the outdoor arena. There will be parking marshals, please follow their instructions. Please park considerately and in an orderly fashion & take your rubbish home with you and put your manure in the manure bins provided
CAMPING & YARDING: please don not arrive before 2pm on Saturday or after 6pm as the gates will be locked
Camping & building your own yards/booked stables parking will be in the paddock next to the indoor. Please follow the signs for ALL HORSE TRAFFIC and go past Wallaby Hill, where the road turns left, please go go straight ahead on to the dirt and then take the first right into Wallaby Hill by the cattle yards. Follow the road down past the indoor and into the parking paddock and park nose up to or rear up to the fence lines in an orderly fashion & take your rubbish home with you and put your manure in the manure bins provided. There is a toilet & shower block at the end of the indoor.
Competition & Warm-up Arenas:
Depending on the weather, the competition will either be held in the indoor arena with the warm-up on the outdoor arena or vice versa. Either way, there will be marshals guiding you, so please follow their instructions.
Wallaby Hill Grass Arena: 1.15m, Eventers v Showjumpers and 1.30m classes. The warm up is on the Wallaby Hill Grass Showjumping warm-up. There will be marshals guiding you, so please follow their instructions.
Ridgeview Grass Arena: 85cm, 95cm, 1.05m classes. The warm up next door to the competition arena. There will be marshals guiding you, so please follow their instructions. N.B. Ridgview is approxiately a 10 minute hack from the parking paddock so please allow plenty of time & follow the signs. There will be toilets and coffee over there.
The Start is opposite the Indoor Arena, with the warm-up in the paddock beyond. There will be signs and marshals, please follow the directions of both.
The Cool Down is at the end of the Day Stay paddock near the finish.
Maps are available online and times will be available in the office & online once the TD has inspected the course.
All normal cross-country rules apply other than watches. No watches are to be worn and the competitor closest to the optimum time (within the time window) wins.
