PLEASE NOTE: Should there be a snap lockdown over the event, we are unable to refund the cost of any hire equipment that has already left the depot for Wallaby Hill, by filling out this form you consent to these T&C’s.

Before you begin, please have the following ready:

  • Please have your logo ready to upload (jpg,png,eps)
  • Have your Current Public Liability Insurance Certificate (pdf)
  • Visit the Extravaganza Trade Village page and select your preferred sites, names entered are unavailable

I / We have read and agree to abide by the General Conditions of Contract and the Rules and Regulations as stated within this document and the Terms and Conditions document and any amendments advised by Wallaby Hill as a condition of the allotment of space.

I / We agree to pay the total cost as indicated by the payment terms. This Booking Contract is binding once accepted by Wallaby Hill.

Please note:
  • Any stands cancelled within 15 days of the Event will receive no refund on monies paid
  • All stands must be paid for in full before setup will be allowed
